Guest Policies, Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ACE Inn & Resort Pvt Ltd. We are committed to providing every guest with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to the following terms and policies:

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.

  • Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of an official confirmation from the hotel.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Room rates are subject to applicable GST and government taxes, which are charged extra.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation obtained through fraudulent or incorrect information.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Identification: Presenting valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all primary adult guests upon check-in. Accepted forms of ID include Aadhaar Card, Passport, and Driving License. PAN Cards, Office IDs, and College IDs are strictly not accepted as valid proof.

  • Age Requirement: Every primary guest must be 18 years of age or older.

3. Couple & Local ID Policy

  • Unmarried couples are welcome.

  • Guests with local IDs are welcome.

  • Both guests must be 18 years or older and present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.

4. Extra Guests & Children

  • Extra guests are permitted subject to room capacity and additional charges.

  • Children up to 5 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.

  • Additional charges apply for children aged 6 years and above or when an extra bed is requested.

5. House Rules & Conduct

  • Guests are requested to respect fellow guests, maintain cleanliness, and keep noise levels to a minimum.

  • Parties, loud music, and cooking are strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.

  • Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission from hotel management.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation without a refund in cases of misconduct, illegal activities, violence, intoxication causing disturbance, or violation of hotel policies.

6. Smoking, Alcohol & Pets

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with applicable state laws and must be consumed responsibly.

  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

7. Parking, Safety & Surveillance

  • Parking is provided as a convenience; all vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. The management is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or items left inside.

  • For safety and security, public areas are monitored by CCTV surveillance. CCTV footage is confidential and released only upon valid written requests or court orders from competent legal authorities. CCTV recordings are automatically overwritten after 10 days.

  • Lost items will normally be kept for 90 days. Courier charges for returning items will be borne by the guest.

8. Liability & Governing Law

  • ACE Inn & Resort Pvt Ltd is not liable for loss of cash, valuables, or service disruptions caused by power failures, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and will bear the cost of repair or replacement.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be referred to arbitration appointed by ACE Inn & Resort, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
